Isaac started fly fishing when he was 10. He learned from his dad and uncle and in 6th grade took a fly
fishing class at his middle school and, as he says, he “has been fly fishing ever since.” One of the
things he likes best about being part of the Youth Team is that he likes to be around the kids who are
involved in fly fishing because there are not that many youth anglers in his town. He also likes being a
part of a team and working with his teammates. He is very proud knowing that he represents the US as
a youth angler. The next five years includes his goals to graduate from high school, start college, travel
to a Worlds competition and compete in as many fly fishing competitions as possible.
